Platform-wide limits, quotas, and rate restrictions

The following limits apply across the platform unless otherwise noted in a specific section.

Account limits

Sending limits

Every cap below is per account, on a rolling window, and identical on every

plan — these are anti-ban limits, not a pricing tier. Adding accounts is what

raises your throughput: each one carries its own budget.

Replying to someone who is already talking to you is the lowest-risk thing an

account does, so inbox and API replies get their own headroom. Campaigns and

mass DM reach strangers and stay on the tighter numbers.

Over the cap the API answers 429 with [HOURLY_MESSAGE_LIMIT] or

[DAILY_MESSAGE_LIMIT]. An account whose health score has dropped below 80

gets a proportionally smaller budget, floored at 30% of the numbers above.
